A spotting scope
can be taken as a terrestrial telescope in compact design with lower
magnification and wider field of view than an astronomical telescope.
For serious bird watchers, the spotting scope is the first choice.
Compared with a typical birding binoculars like 8x42 or 10x42, a
zoom spotting scope, with the stability of a tripod, allows a birder
to find the very distant subjects at 12x or 15x, then push to 45x
or 60x to study the intricate details.
Also, a 35mm camera body can be attached to all our spotting scopes
for telephotography (with a T adapter).
All the spotting scope comes with fully coated lens, tripod and
highly portable soft case. |
