HG series binoculars has the same optical design as marine binoculars: large over-sized prisms, selected optical materials, low-grinding glass, N2 gas purged and shock-resistant.  However, they are targetted for non-marine market and have a more in-fashion appearance.  The point of HG series binoculars is more serious optics at competitive prices and aim to fill in the intermediate blank of the all-around purpose binoculars between the supermarket low-end and the extremely German brand expensive.   

All HG series binoculars come with Bak-4 prism, fully broadband multi-coating on all glass-to-air surfaces,  rugged rubberized metal bodies, twist up/down eyecups, all-glass lenses, right ocular diopter adjustment, brass 1/4-20 tripod adapter threading, case, caps, and strap.
